Intro to Wordpress

So you’ve decided to make the jump to Wordpress and considering you’re here reading this, you’re probably looking for some help in navigating your way around the Wordpress Dashboard. Below you’ll find the first in our series of Wordpress tutorials that will help better orientate you with the dashboard. This video gives you a brief overview of the dashboard including how to add and edit some new pages and posts, as well as how to format them and add images and video, and what are tags and categories.

Seen any good ads lately?

I’m sure many of you have already seen this ad but it’s a good one that’s sure to put a smile on your face on this dreary post-holiday Tuesday. You can check out the clip here and be sure to read the brief review by Mark Dolliver on Adweek. Some good notes there about divesting yourself from the norm especially when running ads, “spots”, designs, etc. for clients in the financial industry. Also a good point about mimicking a news clip.
